Eurolink work only with Tier One Carriers - we understand service supply and reliability are just as important as price - but by constantly reviewing the marketplace we also ensure our call charges are among the most competitive.
Least Cost Routing allows us to carry your calls in two ways:
IDA (Indirect Access)
Provides you, or your off-site workers, with an access code to dial before making a call. This can either be done physically or through programming within a telephone system.
CPS (Carrier Pre Select)
An automated process at the BT Exchange that routes your calls from that exchange to Eurolink. No need to enter access codes.
DDI Billing
Lets you account for the calls that are made from within your business to give better control of costs. For instance, the number of calls or minutes used by specific extensions or departments can be recorded and analysed and cost coded.
