We know apportioning costs across departments can be difficult, especially if those cost appear on many invoices from many suppliers. So all Eurolink services are billed on a single invoice - itemised the way you want them shown - and made as transparent as we possibly can.
These Invoices are e-mailed in PDF format and link to our online portal where all your historic call data is stored securely.
One source of information
Our secure portal gives you access to your entire billing history:
- Summary of charges by month
- Copies of Invoices
- Full CSV files of all calls data
- Summaries of top ten most frequently called numbers, longest calls, most expensive calls
- Call patterns - daily, weekly, monthly
- Graphical reports
- Unbilled calls (calls made in the month, not yet invoiced)
